Eleonora Neri has a strong passion and practical professional experiences in advancing international peace and security in the area of non-proliferation and disarmament.
Eleonora holds a Master’s Degree in Advanced International Studies from the Diplomatic Academy of Vienna as well as two Bachelor’s Degrees from the Webster University in International Relations and Management. Her professional experiences at the OSCE, CTBTO and currently at the Permanent Mission of Japan have further strengthened her understanding of international relations, particularly on non-proliferation and disarmament.
Eleonora continues to be an advocate for change. She is a member of the CTBTO Youth Group since 2017 and ever since she continues to raise awareness on the importance of the nuclear-test-ban on a global level. Naturally, by joining iSCAN she further hopes to make a positive impact in the world by effectively assisting the iSCAN family in responding to challenges of today’s global conflicts.
Eleonora is from Italy, Rome, and currently resides in Austria, Vienna. She speaks Italian, English, French and some German.
